Shipping Policies and Returns
- Best Knife USA exclusively uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) for delivery of our orders. This helps us to keep our costs down which in turn allows us to offer our customers lower shipping charges, however, the USPS assumes no liability or responsibility if an uninsured package is damaged, lost, or improperly delivered.
- Within 2-5 business days you will receive a shipping email from us with a USPS tracking number signifying that your package is ready for shipment. This is a goal and not a guarantee as there are times when that is just not possible. If problems arise, we will notify you via email.
The delivery dates you see are estimates and around the holidays, expect delays. The USPS does a wonderful job for us but sometimes things happen. If you have not taken possession your package within 10 days after receiving your tracking information, please contact us directly so that we can resolve the matter quickly.
It is the policy of Best Knife USA that any shipment showing as delivered by the carrier, is delivered. Please Contact us immediately for lost or damaged shipments.
- We only ship to U.S. and Canada
Please ensure that you verify that your shipping address is correct on your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- Every product we ship is packed according to shipping standards. Since we ship according to standards, all shipping claims will be brought directly to USPS. Please contact us with any questions regarding this. See Shipping Damages for more information.

Canadian Shipping Policies and Rates
Shipping Policy For Canada
- All International orders ship via USPS First Class Mail and cannot exceed 4 lbs in total weight. Additionally, even though you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number, the USPS does not update First Class Mail online. Please keep in mind that International Shipping can take 7 - 30 days to arrive depending on outbound flights and your package clearing your country customs. There is no "Guarantee of Delivery" on international orders.
- Best Knife USA is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional fees that your country may charge upon entry into your country, so please know that you may have to pay additional funds to receive your item at your local post office.
Your shipping address must accept mail or your order may be returned as un-deliverable.

- After you receive your merchandise, you can take advantage of our 10-day return/exchange policy on items returned in the original, sealed manufacturer's packaging. These items will be eligible for a refund minus the shipping charge. Refund will be extended after we have inspected the merchandise and find it to be in original, unopened condition. Due to health and safety standards we cannot offer a refund on Knives and Utensils that have been opened or removed from the original sealed manufacturer's packaging. If the returned merchandise is found to have been opened or removed from the sealed manufacturer's packaging and/or in a non-salable condition there will be no refund. Defective merchandise will be subject to manufacturer's warranty. It is the buyer's responsibility to cover all return shipping charges. .
Shipping Damages or Loss:
- All products are inspected before being shipped, but damages may occur during shipping. If a product is received damaged, it must be reported to USPS within 24 hours. All boxes and packing material must be saved. It is possible that the shipping company may want to inspect these materials. Please notify us of the damage after you have reported the claim to the shipping company. Upon receiving credit from the carrier, the product will be re-shipped.
- Of course, if the incorrect product is shipped, or the product is defective, we will correct it.
- It is the policy of Best Knife USA that any shipment showing as delivered by the carrier, is delivered. Best Knife USA is not liable for packages that are considered delivered by the shipping company. If you have not received your package, and the tracking shows it was delivered, then please contact the appropriate shipping company with your tracking number to locate the package.
- All orders shipped within NC State are subject to State and County Sales Tax which will be automatically calculated into your grand total. 6.75% statewide except the following counties 7.00% in Alexander, Buncombe, Cabarrus, Catawba, Cumberland, Duplin, Edgecombe, Greene, Halifax, Harnett, Haywood, Hertford, Lee, Martin, Montgomery, New Hanover, Onslow, Pitt, Randolph, Robeson, Rowan, Sampson, Surry and Wilkes Counties. 7.25% in Mecklenburg County, and 7.50% in Durham and Orange Counties.
