I love all of my Rada knives, and the Cook's Knife is to easy to handle. I use it a lot to cut romaine lettuce in the Clubhouse Kitchen of my retirement community. I am in the Kitchen Club, and I always take my own knives with me when I do prep work. The Cook's Knife makes quick work of chopping the lettuce.
